As an Enrolled Nurse at Silverchain, I have provided compassionate care to patients in their most vulnerable moments, such as supporting a patient with chronic illness through empathetic care. These experiences have shaped my belief that nursing is a calling that requires empathy, dedication, and lifelong learning.
Currently pursuing a dual degree to become a Registered Nurse and Midwife which will be completed by end of 2025. I aim to enhance my clinical expertise to better serve patients, especially in the dynamic emergency department. My philosophy is grounded in patient-centred care, advocating for each patient’s dignity, autonomy, and well-being. I am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring I have the latest knowledge and skills.
Ultimately, my goal is to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care, positively impacting the lives of those I serve, whether in the community, maternity ward, or emergency department. Experienced with patient care, clinical support, and emergency response. Utilizes effective communication and critical thinking skills to manage patient needs and coordinate with healthcare teams. Track record of maintaining patient safety and delivering compassionate care in diverse medical settings.
