Administrative Assistant for Both Medical Forensic, and Crisis Therapy Service

  • Provide reception to visitors, clients, medical, counsellors, Police, admin staff and other professionals
  • Receive telephone calls from clients and other agencies, and direct them to the appropriate officer in an appropriate, professional manner
  • Handle overflow calls from the crisis line and ensure correct details are taken and then forward them onto duty officer/counsellor/Doctor or Management
  • Maintain statistical data for client occasions of service, for reporting/funding purposes
  • Responsible for medical room maintenance, medical supplies, typing of medical reports, receiving photos, downloading of images, recording of data, arranging appointments for patients to come in for f/ups or for police to collect reports, photos or specimens
