I am a very friendly, outgoing, and energetic person, who is very easy to get along with. I work well within a team environment, with the ability to interact with people of varying age and gender, but I also have the skills and confidence to work autonomously. I always strive to do my best at whatever tasks I am set by others and myself, with the ability to follow instructions and directions well. I am committed to excellence in the provision of quality service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am also very able to embrace new concepts and ideas, adapting and learning quickly. I am a great organiser and love a challenge. I am very punctual, and my hours are flexible. I believe that I am a very reliable, will and responsible person. I am a dedicated professional with a strong philosophy in promoting and delivering services with high standards. I have benefited from high education and 17 years of perfusion experience working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in different systems involving busy caseloads. I am consciences, resourceful and organised with excellent grasp and ability to work in different environments. My work experience includes hands on clinical duties on critical patients, and I have the ability to work under pressure. I have well developed interpersonal communication skills and a passion for teaching and supporting other staff.
