With experience in the Community Services sector since 2017, I have held various positions at Anglicare and CareSouth. In 2021, I successfully completed my Diploma in Community Services and have actively invested in personal and professional growth through workshops and company trainings. At CareSouth I worked in Therapeutic Houses, providing support to displaced young individuals who have experienced carer or family breakdown. Previously, I held positions in Family Services, the Orange Door, and the HIPPY program at Anglicare. Finding purpose and fulfillment in assisting families and individuals during different stages of their lives. My passion for self-care and mindfulness significantly contributes to building my own resilience and preventing burnout. I firmly believe that self-care and mindfulness go hand in hand and have practiced daily rituals for many years. Sharing my knowledge to help others live a more positive and healthy life brings immense joy. Addressing a gap in my work history, from August 2022 to June 2023, I took a break due to personal circumstances. This period allowed me to prioritize the safety of my son and myself while deepening appreciation for the work I do. It ignited a stronger passion for mental health and empowered me to teach others the importance of "Self" - self-care, self-confidence, and self-worth.
