• Project Description: Cabin Experience Network (CEN) is general-purpose high-speed airplane network providing connectivity for various advanced powered features in cabin. CEN provides network services, application hosting, and network transport for functions both internal and external to CEN. External systems, for example, may use CEN Onboard Storage Function to store files on CEN Network Attached Storage device
• Contribution: As Team Lead:
• Manage, track day to day activities of team members. Track status of tasks, assign tasks to members depending on priority. Support Team to complete task on time.
• Provide timely metric updates to Product owner.
• Present weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Support Audits, certifications, Lab supports required.

As Team member: The team mission is to design, develop, test, & certify Cabin software with FAA to run on the Airplane as On board system.

• Worked on development & verification of new feature implementation for 777x cabin network.
• Supported estimation & strategies work for configuration for new Airlines – Emirates and Singapore.
• Worked on review and SQA review of software lifecycle documents for Cabin products.
• Writing design documents and release documents before major RL releases.
• Support verification and validation activities for CEN software.
• Interact with Product Owner and Feature owner to set priority for amount of work needed
• Estimating of effort for new configurations for 777Fx and Singapore Airlines.
• Estimate of hardware parts cost and support for import of Lab setup parts from onsite counterparts.

• Defense Communication Network is a wartime tri-forces connectivity network enabling communication over IP network which provides facilities of VOIP, Video Conferencing and Data Sharing.

As a Team member:

• Primary help desk technical assistance and troubleshooting on IT platform.
• Setting up, configuration and organization of Cisco IT infrastructure including switches, routers, VOIP systems, QoS, security structures, firewalls, and network protocols.
• Manage connection, configuration, and organization of Cisco equipment in IT architecture of organization.
• Configure IT LAN/WAN features.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring performance of network.
• Provide first-level technical support; assisting users who have network problems.
