Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of the required objectives within agreed time and budget parameters.
• Direct and motivate the overall project team.
• Produce all relevant documentation in line with the departmental procedures.
• Prepare, track, and maintain the project plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring resource availability and utilisation.
• Establishing all required communication paths and processes between the project and customers.
• Correct implementation of the change control process.
• Responsible for managing the internal and external dependencies that may influence the project.
• Liaise, closely, with the project sponsors to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
• Prepare any follow-on action recommendations required at the end of project.
• Identify and obtain support and advice required for project management, planning or control.
• Responsible for project administration.
• Liaise with any Suppliers and account managers.

• Assist in the development and implementation of project standards, processes, and best practices.
• Planning resources utilization and budgeting to optimize project delivery timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Provide training and support to project teams on PMO tools and processes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (SCRUM and SAFe) to manage and deliver projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and principles, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope and timeline of all efforts working with each member of the team.
• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress, facilitating a smooth and efficient development process.
• Guide the team in adopting agile and scrum practices, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance their understanding and implementation of agile principles.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps to track the various project status and update.
• Publish weekly reports with the stakeholders.
• Assisting the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
• Teach Agile Practices to ensure the team is aligned to the best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events including, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Working with Product Owner to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
• Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high availability database architecture in AWS.
• Partner with developers and SREs to build and automate the provisioning of new infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor and improve database performance via proactive database maintenance, schema updates, table partitioning, etc.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries.
• Build dashboards for database health and alerting.
• Manage database upgrades and migrations with minimal to zero-downtime.
• Identify data patterns and trends to examine past business and control performance.
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently with limited supervision.
• Develop and Manage Adoption Strategies to ensure ROI with dashboard deployment
• Provide transparency to leadership through regular updates.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain spatial and attribute data within ArcGIS environments.
• Perform data validation using advanced techniques to identify and rectify errors.
• Conduct spatial analysis using ArcGIS tools to extract meaningful insights from geospatial data.
• Develop and maintain maps, reports, and visualizations to communicate spatial information effectively.
• Support GIS projects by collecting, manipulating, and analyzing geospatial data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Document data workflows, procedures, and methodologies for future reference.

• Collect, process and manage geospatial data from various sources.
• Perform complex spatial analyses to identify patterns, trends, and geographic relationships.
• Create and maintain GIS databases, maps, and other geospatial visualizations.
• Use GIS software (such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) to develop accurate and effective visualizations.
• Collaborate with development teams, providing geospatial analysis and visualizations, to support project planning and execution.
• Deliver GIS data and analysis for the preparation of environmental impact studies, urban planning, and infrastructure development.
• Train team members and end users to apply GIS tools and techniques.
