• Project Engineer & Manager for the fire sprinkler system installation project at the Romily House facility in Claremont. (Value $1M)
• Precise execution of the company's design and operational objectives by applying proactive design change, compliance analysis and documentation review.
• Effective procurement and management teams which include, civil, structural, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, architects, QS and finishing teams.
• On-site supervision of progress works, variations and management of trades to minimize safety risk.
• Resolve queries and conflicts with unorthodox thinking.
• Ability to dissect, report, present and record all project documentation, financial data and progress reports to stay within FY KPIs.
• Fully immersed in the project lifecycle from drawings, design, documentation and approvals to forward works, main works, PC and DLP.

• Key member in RCG's last 3 acquisitions in NSW and QLD.
• A direct stakeholder in forming binding offers, contract administration and high level negotiations.
• Demonstrated excellent professionalism that has value added to RCG interests in the industry.
