- Engineer in the Department of Defence (DoD), in EUC team operations and enhancing standalone networks within the DICT. Streamlined processes to improve efficiency and deliver optimal solutions.
- Solely accountable for server, workstation, OS, and application patching in an air-gapped environment, ensuring compliance with Essential Eight maturity levels set by ASD and ACSC.
- Manage MECM infrastructure including device management, application packaging, SOE development, deployment, and task sequence builds.
- Management of Win10 and Server 2019 SOE and related tasks.
- Management of Exchange, AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP and RBACs.
- Management of virtual and physical server stack.
- Upgraded 2016 MS Exchange to 2019 MS Exchange.
- Lead the design, development, and integration of Tanium for endpoint management within an Agile environment, collaborating with vendors to align with STIG guidelines.
- Lead the deployment and Management of VMware Horizon VDI infrastructure, managing Gold Image, Horizon connection servers, and VMware DEM Manager.
- Responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining documentation such as Build Guides, As-Built-As-Configured (ABAC), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Design Documents (HDL/DLD).

Worked as a Technical Specialist in the Windows Services team, maintaining an enterprise fleet of 2500+ virtual and AWS servers with a focus on BAU and project delivery, which requires excellent stake holder management and a leader in improving service engagement and creating new Microsoft based solutions.
- Management of enterprise servers with a focus on BAU and stakeholder management.
- Handled server alerts, performed change and problem management, and managed high-priority incidents and escalations to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption.

Working part of Project Services Leidos Team to deliver key defence internal projects. Working closely with PMO office across the Australian Defence Force. Managing multiple, concurrent activities, understanding, and managing priorities, dependencies, and risks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Managed project planning, scoping, implementation, and integration activities while providing technical guidance to ensure the successful deployment of large-scale services supporting critical Defence systems.
- Engineered complex systems and produced high-quality artifacts throughout the Systems Engineering lifecycle to meet Defence’s business-critical needs.

Manage High Priority Incidents during BAU and after hours on call support. Virtualised physical servers on 32 sites and remediated 221 physical servers by regional server refresh.
- Maintained 99% system uptime while adhering to SLAs. Efficiently resolved incidents, minimizing business disruptions.
- Served as the escalation point for complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing rapid resolutions.
