Company Overview: The Manufacturing and Distribution Centre (DC) is located at Epping (VIC). This facility is for the manufacturing of all Mission Foods products. The site is used for the storage of Raw Materials used for production of finished goods. The site is used for storage of finished goods for all Mission foods product (both ambient and frozen) and distrusted to both Export and Domestic customers. There are also 3 PL storage facilities in 4 of major state for frozen products. The dimensions of the DC in terms of throughput are as follows:
Monitor and review 300 Food service and Retail customer order processing and invoicing. Ensure that all orders are process, dispatch, and invoice on time as per the customer requested delivery date.
Processing and organizing 25-30 containers, this includes all the export and import containers. This includes liaises with Freight Forwarders, customer service, production team and Warehouse management. Organizing required paperwork and send to correspondences.
Provide a sound understanding of all aspects of dispatch coordination for local, interstate and export activity and operational planning, and support office staff and supervisors and manage different tasks of warehousing, including carrier interaction.
