  • In my current role, I oversee construction activities for a 330kV switching station. This includes managing technical and quality documentation, as well as overseeing the construction of various structures such as mono steel poles, transmission line tower foundations, buildings, and associated structures. I also handle site assessment, clearing and grading, foundation construction, cable trenching, equipment pads, access roads, fencing and security, drainage systems, landscaping, and erosion control. As a Civil Project Engineer, I conduct thorough site analyses to determine suitability for the switching station, considering factors like accessibility, soil conditions, and power source proximity. I am responsible for clearing the site, leveling the ground, constructing foundations, excavating trenches for underground cables, and building concrete pads to support electrical equipment.
