- Joined the Mechanical Frontline team as both a Lubrication and Mechanical Technician.
- Mechanical Works included reporting to the Chevron Maintenance specialist for daily committed work schedule (CWS) for all fixed plant activities which included critical filter changeout containing BTEX/Mercury impacted areas, using controlled bolting methods, including tensioning, high torque tools following all ITR protocol.
- Fin Fan motor changeout. Belt/pulley alignment and replacement.
- PSV ratable changeout.
- All work associated under ELECTRONIC PERMIT TO WORK as per Chevron procedure, including contacting the relevant area controller to verify isolation as per safe work practices.
- All maintenance tasks require proficiency in Chevron COMPUTER BASED PROGRAMMING(CMS), including LJDE for capturing /completing work order scopes; Digital Twin software which allows you computer 3D modular based access.
- Lubrication technician role included attaining an LCAT-1 Lubrication analysis Certificate for carrying out all the works as per CWS.
- All Lubrication activity followed through MAINTELLigence software systems include Lube oil, desiccant breather changes outs, Oil sample analysis prepared for Laboratory analysis.
- Maintain the Lube oil WORKSHOP and LUBE OIL TRUCK.
- Ship mooring activities include attaining Chevron Mooring competency and MSIC.
