Experienced child care assistant with strong communication skills and I am passionate to work in the childcare industry and helping children to develop their social, and emotional skills. As an educator we have real opportunity to make a difference in young lives and influence future generations. I have taken the opportunity in pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education & Care industry. Since having my own 5 year old son, I have grown big interest in education, and helping children develop their social, emotional, intellectual skills. I believe the foundations of learning in the early years are so important and I would love to be a part of this by working in the early education industry. After working in this industry, I have realised there is so much learning for me and the children in their early years of education. My personal philosophy not only enriches children’s knowledge and learning but fosters them to explore who they are and express themselves to develop their own sense of self whilst expressing their personalities.
