Working with aged and disable people for more than a year has instilled in me the understanding about both the physical and psychological needs that need to be taken in account. My experience at Orion Care, lighthouse disability includes assisting participants with activities of daily living and ensuring that they are being administered in a timely manner along with promoting healthy socialization between participants and with the management.
