• Delta Lakehouse Implementation with Sisense Reporting:
• Led the full implementation of a Delta Lakehouse in Databricks integrated with Sisense as the reporting platform. Collaborated as part of a team to design and implement multi-layered data pipelines Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold), ingesting data from Kafka.
• Gained hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables (DLT) pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark, and implemented key governance features including service principals, row-level security using UDFs, and token-based authentication. Utilized on-behalf-of tokens and short-lived service principal tokens to enable secure access from Sisense via Databricks connectors.
• Designed and scheduled daily product-level jobs, built aggregated and settings tables, and implemented self-service analytics for customers and users. Automated onboarding, tenant switching, and data migration processes to streamline multi-tenant management.
• Developed a scalable multi-tenant environment using dynamic Elasticube configurations to reuse dashboards and connect to the correct database per tenant.
• Contributed to architectural improvements, including PrimeCube → Customer Cube implementation, and implemented row-level data security to reduce the number of customer-specific cubes. Additional responsibilities included star-schema modeling, perspective creation, and semantic layer enhancements.

• Genie for Analytics (Sisense + LLM Integration)
• Built an AI-powered analytics experience using Sisense Dashboards and Reports, enabling users to ask natural-language questions and receive accurate, data-driven answers.
• Trained the LLM to dynamically connect to the correct Elasticube per customer using metadata-driven routing and JQAL for precise query generation.
• Enhanced the model to understand user-specific filters (e.g., dates, regions, topics) and return context-relevant insights.
• Implemented end-to-end logging to analyse usage patterns, monitor accuracy, and measure adoption.
• Designed automated test suites to validate response correctness by matching expected widgets and outputs against sample questions.
