Working with fleet controllers to manage driver & 3rd party contractor hours, dwell times and general fleet utilisation to reduce unnecessary cost. This includes Prime movers, semis & b-doubles,rigid trucks, vans & tray trucks.
Running a fleet of vehicles, organising timetables and schedules and making sure vehicles are ready when required, as well as running a team of in-house company drivers and OSH group of contractor drivers.
