Workday HRIS – a comprehensive human resources information system that offers an intuitive user interface and intelligent tools to help organizations streamline their core finance, HR, planning, and spend management operations, manage employee data more efficiently, and improve user experiences across the board.

HRIS Specialist collects data and analyzes it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department

Responsible for the end to end applicant tracking systems, processes and troubleshooting. The position provides administrative support helping to facilitate operations, talent acquisition and human resource solutions.

  • Supports and maintains all foundational Applicant Tracking System Requirements
  • Responsible for auditing Applicant Tracking System processes related to Geo specific legal requirements and business process flows
  • Delivers real time communications and support to team members requesting trouble ticket support related to TA Tools and Technology
  • Subject Matter Expert in business processes related to Applicant Tracking System delivery of talent

· Assist with analyzing and implementing the organization's HRIS solutions including, but not limited to reporting, troubleshooting, system testing, documentation of stakeholder requests, data audit, and special projects

· Gather and document business requirements for enhancement requests and change management in the HRIS tool

· Respond promptly to HRIS related questions and requests and/or route to the appropriate team member to respond

· Provide support and contribute to all facets of HRIS tool adoption and understand trends and advancements in the market to contribute to change management surrounding HRIS

· Responsible for creation of team communications/knowledge transfer documentation on processes

· Collect, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key HRIS metrics to assist management in effective decision making

· May be responsible for accurate and timely processing of HRIS data loads

· Provide Workday maintenance support for all modules (configuration set up, business processes and security)

· Resolve system issues for the modules as escalated by users

· Support other Workday modules as needed

· Develop metrics report for system usage and trending analysis

· Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.

· Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed

· Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes and efficiencies through information systems changes

· Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding HR Systems

· Resolves complex technical problems

· Configure and create NEW Time off Plans based on business and regional requirements

· Design, develop and modify integration solutions using Workday technologies – EIB

· Understanding of integration encryption standards and how to implement them

· Integration Experience, Reporting Knowledge, Workday Studio Experience, Workday Connector Experience and EIB

· Worked in projects involving multiple systems playing a cross system role solving functional /technical issues

· Serve as a Workday Reporting domain expert and provide guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and partners

· Performs mass upload using enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday
