• Work within the various areas of the kitchen operation under the supervision of the Head Chef, including but not limited to; Preparation & Cold Larder, Fry Section, Entrée & Mains Section, Desserts Section, Catering & Events, Pizza Kitchen, Stewarding Section
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and supplies under the Head Chefs direction
• Supporting the kitchen operations team to meet targets
• Adhere to company and industry regulations in all aspects of food hygiene
• Adhere to company and industry regulations in all aspects of work health & safety
