I am a dynamic employee with a wide experience and skillset. I am loyal to companies and have the ability to self-produce as well with entrepreneurial abilities. I have a background in Agriculture as young person across many farms where my tireless work ethic developed. I then pursued a creative and entrepreneurial path after a University degree in Agribusiness, starting multiple businesses, namely Outback Creative, and an invention called the Recharge Roll. This gave me a good understanding of real world business, particularly online product sales and servicing clients. Both business ideas gained much commercial interest and community respect for their innovative and unique market appeal. These days, I prefer to plug into existing businesses as a service provider, enjoying the entrepreneurial journey with lower risk. I have a keen interest in social enterprise, having gone down my own journey with mental health conditions, I really want to make an impact in this sector and for this reason, CitiReach is a perfect place for me to utilise skills and make a positive difference in the world. Learning the ropes as a support worker, I hope to grow myself and earn a position in greater roles within the company, but it all starts with becoming a good support worker, getting behind the vision and values, and helping out wherever possible and appropriate.
