  • Evaluating accessibility requirement of vendor and assessing their conformance with OPTUS Accessibility policy
  • eLearning & Training content, monitoring and management of content produced by content authors.
  • Checking for updates to W3C standards and emerging guidelines for website development content and mobile applications
  • As a part of OPTUS CX team, i am responsible for periodical Digital Accessibility Maturity Assessment to understand how advanced processes and practices are in addressing the legal and policy requirement to make optus.com.au, MyOptusapp, documents, video and content – accessible to the broadest possible audience for Optus.
  • Providing a Detailed report examining the risk associated following assessment & action plan to mitigate risk
  • Involved with drafting the OPTUS Disability Action Plan.
