• Team leader of a team managing the following tasks:
• Quality assurance checks (QA)
• Assist the installation of the backbone and termination of lugs
• Setting up all the earthcables (crimping the earthcables to the backbone).
• Feeding the PCU's of the farm with DC cables (DC cables 400's) and laying them down in the trenches from each inverter to every combined box. Dressing of the DC cables.
• Conduits installation (extensive experience)
• Working with power tools ( grinder, saw, holesaw, water pump)
• Blowing the string cables in the conduits from the combined boxes to every piles.
• Cleaning and sanding of the trenches.
• Cutting the hardcover and softcover and laying it down in the trenches regarding the safety rules.
• Spotting of the machine
• Flagging to assure a safe work area

Setting up all the trenches:

• Installation of the backbone in the trench.
• Setting up all the earthcables (crimping the earthcables to the backbone).
• Feeding the PCUs of the farm with DC cables (DC cables 400's) and laying them down in the trenches from each inverter to every combined box. Dressing of the DC cables.
• Installation of conduits in the trenches connecting each combined box to every fingers, using grinder, glue and saw.
• Blowing the string cables in the DC conduits from the combined boxes to every piles.
• Cleaning and sanding of the trenches.
• Cutting the hardcover and softcover and laying it down in the trenches regarding the safety rules.
• Pulling and laying down AC cables in the AC trench
• Installation of PITs following the AC cables
• Installation of AC conduits for the fiber optic cables that go in and out the PIT
• Blowing the rope through the AC conduits that reach every PCUs

Electrical Team:

• Installation of the backbone in the trench.
• Setting up all the earthcables from the piles to the combined boxes (Drilling of holes and Crimping of cables).
• Feeding the PCUs of the farm with DC cables and laying them down from each inverter to every combined box. Dressing of the DC cables.
• Laying down the string cables from the combined boxes to every piles.
• Setting up all the infrastructure, screwing the conduits to every piles to put the string in, fixing the unistraps for the DC cables and installation of the combined boxes using ratchet, spinner and shifter.
• Cleaning and sanding of the trenches.
• Cutting the hardcover and softcover and laying it down in the trenches regarding the safety rules.
• Spotting of machine plant
• Flagging of the open trenches
• Panel harnessing.

Mechanical team:

• Installation of the infrastructure ( brackets, BHA, dumplers)
• QA
• Remediation

• Remediation of trenches.
• Clearing and cleaning by dragging the dirt in the trenches and around the piles.
• Shoveling the dirt out of the trenches Sanding of trenches.
• Spotting of the excavator, the sand truck which bring the sand.
• Dragging the sand to protect the cables.
• Check the depth of the sand in accordance with safety rules Hard Cover / Soft Cover.
• Using of a jigsaw to cut the hard cover.
• Lay down the hard cover.
• Lay down the soft cover Spotting of different machine such as excavator (Kobelco, Bobcat) or rolller.
• Traffic control with 2 ways
• Work in team with an operator to avoid infrastructure damages and injuries.
• Take the measure of the trenches and depth control in accordance with safety rules.
