I am currently working at Coles as the manager of the customer service department. I am proudly to say that i am confident in providing a perfect customer service to my customers.

One of my skills is to control my anger management and keep being professional. Moreover in my workplace, i am surrounded by people who are older than me. I manage to communicate with them without any problems. I enjoy working as a team and making new friends.

I want to gain more experience and create a fun workplace environment but also the main goal is to achieve customer satisfaction.
