My job duties are highlighted below:

• Management of IQA (Manufacturing part Quality Assurance/Incoming Quality Assurance) Project Inspection Plan creation for Incoming First Article parts by identification of Critical to Quality(CTQ) parameters on the basis of Form Fit Function(FFF) of the parts
• Stakeholder engagement for quality related issues at all Global Locations (Korea, Villach, Malaysia, Taiwan)
• Measurement System Analysis conducted for the IQA tools to make Lam a PCS Compliant organisation
• Identification of various risk involved in special project assigned by the stakeholders to maintain the risk register and mitigate them Reviewed and Updated Incoming Quality inspection related procedure and work instructions along with IQA supervisor
• Worked as Ship to Stock admin to validate all the inspection requests and reduce non value add work done by inspectors
• First Article Inspection Report Review Reviewed electronics FAIR received from suppliers present globally
• Created non conformance report for FAIR's not meeting specification requirements
• Created Best Known Methods(BKM) for reviewing Machined Fabrication commodity FAIR
• Reviewed and approved RCCA submitted by suppliers for any violation from the spec requirements
• Derived continuous improvement plan for top 5 suppliers with maximum non-conformances
• Technical Trainings Conducted GD & T Training as per ASME Y14.5 module
• Trained IQA team on using 1Factory to create inspection plan and upload inspection results
• Trained other departments on overall IQA process to make them aware about IQA working procedures.

During my tenure at Aeromatrix, I Worked for Agusta Westland and I performed following job duties:

• Created 3D Model of Lower Structure of AW139 Helicopter (Agusta Westland) components from 2D conventional drawing using CATIA V5 r18 part design module w.r.t WL, BL and SL Plane on position
• After creating 3D models, I have created drawings in digital format using draft Module of CATIA V5 r18
• Implemented Engineering Order changes on the existing components of as per the design changes recommended by New Product Introduction team
• Surface regeneration using coordinate data points using Generative Shape Design Module
• Assembly of components which are made individually using Assembly module of CATIA V5 r18 and creating discrepancy report for any interference
• Making standard components i.e., COTS/OEM of military standards into a single CAD file using truth table.
