• Follow the sis and performing all works like – Resealing the all components like all type of hydraulic valves, Brake oil cooler, strut wheel and other components.
• To fit all hoses and sagged properly and also install/ fit the components as per SIS.

• while performing our duties on that time also using the sand blasting machine,Buffing, cleaning and so many work to keep the quality of that part or the machine.

• In mining sector Working with open cast coal Mines in Singrauli Madhya Pradesh, where We Maintain mining Equipment Hydraulic Excavators, mine trucks, Service van & utility vehicles like scissor lift, personal carrier & fuel browser.
• Inspected completed work and monitored compliance with regulations and standards.
• Completed maintenance and repair work on excavators components and equipment.
• Documented and updated maintenance records, documents and work order logs.

• Diagnose and repair basic electrical system which includes repairing circuit harness, starting system, charging system, safety measuring and monitoring devices, batteries with the help of multi meter (test/charge, replacement, jump start)
• Troubleshoot the problem in onsite heavy Mining equipment, i.e., PC2000-8 Shovel,EX-1900-6 and Caterpillar(90168) with the use diagnostic tools in the correct manner
• Responsible to maintain, repair, components replacement of hydraulic system which includes hydraulic pumps, motors, control valve, cylinders, hoses and fittings of earth moving equipment like Excavators ,Dumpers, at site
• Overhauling of Mining equipment which include assembling and dismantling of Engine assemblies, hydraulic system components, Transmission, Axles, electrical components
• Report making & submission
• Participate, Implementation and following the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) where applicable to the workshop in conjunction with workshop Supervisor
• Keep work-space, machines, and tools clean and organized and communicate effectively
• Dismantling and removing compression ignition engines, Torque Convertors, transmissions, drive shafts, final drive assembly, steering mechanisms and Braking system
• Monitoring & performing all of scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications which equipment deployed at the project
• Perform workplace activities by using manuals (maintenance manual, spare part manual), reports generation (Maintenance check list, machine inspection report), implement and follow EHS guidelines
• Follow safe working instruction at site.
• Monitoring of machine performance.
• Scheduled services of Engine & Hydraulic system by means of oil service, replacement of filters and worn out components, health check-up, testing, adjusting
• Troubleshooting related to CRDI & Unit injection fuel system in Cummins Quantum series engines of Hitachi and Komatsu Engine
