I am a huge advocate for being active and physical health, I believe being physically healthy plays a large factor for mental wellbeing. In my personal life I'm currently going to the gym 5 days a week physique training working extremely hard to achieve my dream body whilst also training for a non-profit organisation fun run further into the year to which I'm currently training twice a week for.
