The role of Learning Area Coordinator focused on curriculum leadership through active participation in the planning and delivery of the vision for Ursula Frayne Catholic College. This role included being a member of the Academic Council that collectively takes responsibility for the learning and teaching function on the Duncan Street Campus of Ursula Frayne Catholic College. The role had a clear focus on the strategic development of quality teaching and learning, the nurturing of positive relationships between students, teacher and parents/guardians/caregivers and the setting and maintenance of high standards for student and staff performance.

The role of Middle School Cluster Leader focused on pastoral leadership through active participation in the planning and delivery of the vision for Ursula Frayne Catholic College. This role included being a member of the Pastoral Council that collectively oversee the care and well-being of students on the Duncan Street Campus of Ursula Frayne Catholic College. The role had a clear focus on the nurturing of positive relationships between students, teacher and parents/guardians/caregivers and the setting and maintenance of high standards for student and staff performance.
