I am a proactive, dependable, and trustworthy 27-year-old looking to secure full-time employment on the Gold Coast (or online – WFH) whilst studying towards my Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.

Working in the Motor Vehicle Industry is extremely familiar and enjoyable to me, and I am excited to start anew and build upon my current knowledge and skillset inside and outside the industry.

I am open to exploring new positions, however, my strong suit is Administration: Deal Processing, Stock Control, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other general Administrative/ADHOC duties.

  • Calculating profits for all new and used vehicle sales (Nissan, Honda, MG, Kia, GWM, Subaru, Mitsubishi) as well as aftermarket sales.
  • Processing deals via EraLink & using other programs such as OrganiseIt & EraPower.
  • Weekly salesperson commission preparation and calculation . Calculating monthly adjustments and bonuses as well as other incentives and adjustments.
  • Reconciling and keeping on top of the following accounts as well as other various accounts for End of Month for the entirety of Robina dealership. (Also looked after these for EOFY reporting and tax purposes): Factory Receivables, Registration, Floorplan, New & Used Car Inventory, Vehicle Debtors, Used Vehicle Warranty, and “Dumping Accounts” (Balance Sheet) – investigating and journaling/invoicing various transactions to reconcile the account and ensure correct allocation of expenses.
  • Adhering to strict timeframes for finalising End of Month/End of Financial Year
  • Assisting with monthly manufacturer reporting (including vehicle inventories, parts, and service).
  • Relief Stock Control (4 weeks straight relieving in a stock control role solely in charge of these new car manufacturers. After this, I was able to fill in ‘on call' and continued to do so until the end of my employment whilst also keeping on top of my work) for: Kia, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Honda, Nissan, and later on, Used Cars.
  • Relief Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (differentiating between accounts, coding and processing bank statements, overrides, debt collection via email as well as reconciling and preparing banking & credit cards, invoice inputting, reviewing vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and validity prior to payment.
  • Liaising with Sales Managers, Pre-Delivery, Aftermarket, Parts & Service on a daily basis.
  • Learning, following, and implementing the policies and procedures set out via the company as well as the government and any other outside organisations.
  • Also assisting with Excel spreadsheets and other minor IT queries.
