  • Brief service: communicating with NSW Police, accepting/declining briefs. entering data into JusticeLink, CCMS and booking AVL's through JustConnect. Taking down notes, emailing solicitor's requests from clients, providing client with private solicitor's contact details.
  • Justicelink: view client details, court listings, outcomes, antecedence.
  • Handling complaints: enhanced customer satisfaction by diligently addressing and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
