Over the course of my clinical placements I was able to consolidate my nursing knowledge by putting theory into practice. I was able to  refer back to the clinical reasoning cycle and then use reflective practice. Some skill I learnt were:

  • Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, lifting and transferring.
  • Assist Registered Nurses to develop and implement nursing care plans.
