With over 16 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry, I have navigated various roles within GU Health, commencing in the Claims department. I then moved into a dynamic multi-skilled team, providing comprehensive support across all facets of the business. Transitioning into leadership, I led teams within the Operations Support department for a rewarding 6-year tenure. For the past 3 years, I've worked as a Client Advisor, and in September of last year, I embraced a secondment opportunity in the broker realm.
