as you can see I am a loyal employee I have been with Coles supermarket for nearly 28 years where I have held multiple positions from checkout operator, service supervisor, and office manager I am currently a night and weekend checkout supervisor.

I started with GTS Freight Management a little over seven years ago, where I was employed as a Data operations assistant. I held this position for five years. I then moved into the administration side of the business, where I managed several blue-chip customer accounts, including Coles, Carlton United Brewery, Woolworths, and Australian Vintage Winery.

I then moved into the Payroll assistant position where I assist in completing payroll for around 182 drivers and yardmen.

I have knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and Word and limited knowledge of Excel.

I have around 28 years of customer service experience and around 25 years managing team members I have worked for just over 7 years in administrative environment.
