I have been an Enrolled Nurse for three years now. From the day I started working as a nurse I knew my passion was in this field. Nursing is a fast paced and critical thinking environment, which can be challenging at times. I have come a long way over the past few years and am able to handle the busy work place well. I currently work at St John of God Murdoch Hospital, St Emilies ward. St Emilies is a respiratory and cardiac unit. I have been on this ward for two years now and I have learnt so many valuable skills. Through my experience I have become competent to manage multiple tasks while remaining adaptable and flexible on the ward. I have learnt many valuable skills specialising in respiratory and cardiac care. I have always wanted to develop my skills and continue my studies to become a Registered Nurse. I believe the Enrolled Nurse Accelerated Pathway at Murdoch University would be a perfect opportunity for me to study, upskill and become a Registered Nurse. I am very eager to study through this program and hope to hear from you soon.
