  • A dedicated practitioner of Aikido, a martial art emphasising the harmonious connection of body, mind, and spirit. Proficient in returning unwanted negative aggression without relying on physical strength or malice of intent. Previously owned and operated my own dojo, demonstrating leadership, teaching abilities, and a strong commitment to the Aikido community.
