● Prime responsibility of Microbial Limitation Test(MLT) Validation of various pharmaceutical ingredients.
● Handling of various culture isolates.
● Preparing culture suspension and culture revival by spread plate, streak plate and pour plate method.
● Environmental monitoring of the laboratory and laboratory equipment. Documenting records of the environmental isolates and analysis of all new isolates observed after monitoring.

  instruments such as pipettes, filtration unit, readily available media and reusable labware.
• Microbiological in-house media preparation, qualify the prepared media by performing GPT & GIT and
  media evaluation.
• Culturing of microbes my spread plate, pour plate and streak plate method.
• Maintaining contemporaneous data of all documents and analytical observations -GDP.
• Routine laboratory monitoring and recording details, generating trend reports- monthly and annually.
• Daily and Monthly testing of the Water,Water analysis –testing of raw water and RO water membrane
  filtration method and by pour plate technique, followed by pathogen analysis.
• Also was a training admin to create, route, revise and format SOP’s, Preparing Training curriculum for new joiners, Providing training access to users, and recording the learning activity online. (MyUniversity).
• Actively being prepared for Audits- have faced regulatory Audits such as WHO-regulatory audit and
  other audits as Tanzania audit, Zimbabwe audit, Ghana audit, Pfizer audit for GLP and GDP, Pfizer audit -
  safety and hygiene.

• Cross-checked all transcribed data and demographics of patients, updated medication intake, noted new pain assessment.
