I began my work as a prac student for my studies and fell in love with the children, community and spectacular facilities at the center.

• I worked with varied age groups including the pre-school room, toddlers and was primarily in the Nursery
• Learned to write detailed observations and developmental summaries for individuals and groups
• I practiced creating unique and engaging learning experiences
• Additionally, I assisted in training new staff and flexed my initiative taking, resourcefulness, upbeat attitude and high standards.

I am very proud of the educator I am growing into each day.

I adapted my customer service engagement, task management and visual merchandising skills during a revamp for Dymocks Burwood.

• This position encouraged me to get to know my customers and make personalised recommendations
• I juggled many different tasks; customised orders, store design, invoicing, and account sales
• I continually learned and was so grateful to have a positive impact on customers lives through Covid by empathising with their needs and accommodating accordingly.

I started my position with Lovisa in an ASM role at the second busiest store in the ACT.

• I adapted to the fast paced style of Lovisa, experiencing the intensity of balancing multitasking and time management while not lowering work quality
• I learnt how to manage Key Performance Indicators and coach the team in finding success in their sales
• I made new personal bests in sales over $400 with promotional pieces upsold, winning a promotional competition between Australia vs New Zealand in the highest store tier.

I made coffee at the busy South-side Sunday markets every week.

• I managed rosters, organised pay, created cleaning procedures, and trained new staff
• I often worked 5:30AM-12PM shifts, organising the stall so that we could close on time.

My time at Bardot, though short, taught me a lot about working in retail as I learnt how to independently manage a retail store.

• I thoroughly enjoyed working with fashion as it is a passion of mine
• Experimenting with my own style while supporting customers in doing the same became a highlight of my work in retail
• I learnt how to handle money when banking, swapping cash, and processing bank bags.

Through work on the cinema floor, as a sales representative, food handler and Host Leader, I developed skills in team management, collaborative work and productively maintaining service.

• I gained the confidence to manage cleaning, ushering, upselling, cash-till responsibility, customer dissatisfaction, problem-solving, hosting and entertaining children's parties, hygienic food preparation, delivery, maintaining stock, routine thorough cleaning and the responsible service of alcohol
• As Host Leader I supervised co-workers, delegated tasks, trained new employees and was involved in leading team development and staff events .

Specialised educational support in the inclusion program (Futures) with year 11 & 12.

• Assistance in physical, emotional and educational development for students with physical and/or intellectual disability, mental health illness, and developmental delays.
• Analysis of educational progression and personalised response to student needs.

Early childcare education from birth to five years in an adjunct educational program.

• Programming of data collection and management to analyse children's developmental capabilities relative to the Early Years Learning Framework Milestone Document.
• Assistant management of childcare team in multitasking learning experiences, programming, observations and physical and emotional care for children.
• Experience with range of diverse educational and personal needs, recognising individual and family goals while catering to educational progressions as recommended by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).

At Ben & Jerry's I developed skills in integrating company values into every customer transaction.

• Understanding company missions helped me to recognise just how much goes into a successful business, and how my work can positively influence its success.

Dominos was my first professional job in customer service.

• I worked hard in order to progress through four different stations including counter service, pizza topping, pizza cutting/order management, and dough making
• The quick-paced environment influenced my work style to be ever-growing and adaptable.
