• Working for high group has been a pleasure ive learnt a extensive amount of knowledge over the years in regards to civil, transportation, allocations, financial advice and business structure, saeed my boss has been a great role model and great mentor but its time i seek a new career to further develop my knowledge and future.
• Played a pivotal role in growing the company from 1 excavator and truck to over 15 employees, 13 trucks, and 8 excavators within four years.

This job taught me many key features on the financial back ground of how a business runs margins and cost, it taught me fundamental key skills in understanding the best way to tackle any job at hand from start to finish and over the years built up confidence and reliabile relationships with multiple clients.

• I was operating excavators ranging from three ton to twenty ton with hydraulic grabs and offset booms working with trees all over the cental coast and Sydney region moving bulk and mulching trees via chippers.
• This job required a HC license to tag the machines with float trailers to move machines around to different sites.

This job was great but moved onto a better opportunity

• This job was a great learning aspect for the civil game, moved on as the owner liquidated.

• Working for dutchies was hard physically lifting, but i didnt mind the physical labour
• I was committed hard working and diligent, we worked all over the coast including different states, work ended due to financial hardship with the business
