Upon joining the company Reece was a self starter and needed little to no training before he was closing deals and getting contracts signed. He came with many years of experience and was quick to back that up with results. He was studious and quick to learn our system and tools, very effective in his sales abilities. He was generating and converting leads at a high rate, then selling his listings for record prices in an efficient time frame which lead to a long list of very satisfied clients.
