  • Implemented company reporting application that allowed all crews to do live reports in real time, including data entry and photos of the sites, minimizing the use of writing reports onsite and the office staff entering this into computers
  • These reports become proof of work for customers and saved the company lots of money and time returning to sites, as there was proof of how the staff installed and maintained the equipment
  • This also allowed the warehouse to know what equipment was damaged on collection and helped with planning & loading of vehicles for the following day
  • All new staff, would be trained and put through the short development training program (Designed by myself), signing each employee off as competent.

  • Being hands on, visiting sites regularly, assessing staffs work was done to meet compliance and high product quality. If this was not met extra training was provided as needed to ensure continued compliance and high quality of standards was met.
