It is typically said that "necessity is the mother of invention". Therefore, my cooking started similarly. Most of my school days and college days had spend in hostels so the food of hostel most probably wont be available or tasted gross. So what I did usually is to make my own food using induction cooker. I made rice and omelette first and then tried different recipes of biriyani. Indian food involves different spices and each spice gives different taste. So there began my hobby and still really good in cooking. I have never tried cooking western dishes but is an expert in authentic south Indian food.
