Reid McPherson

I am a graduated high school student looking for fulltime employment. I grew up playing team-sports, which has taught me great qualities that can be effective in the workplace. I have been captain of my soccer team for 5 consecutive years. This involved keeping high morals for the team’s spirit and helped the team remain motivated throughout seasons. This also included the personal skills to plan and execute tactics when under pressure. I always put in my most effort to improve my ability on the field.

I have involved myself in multiple work experience opportunities involving construction and surveying.

Working at McDonald’s for 4 years has taught me essential qualities needed for a team. Such as quality and consistency throughout my work, ability to communicate with teammates to effectively complete tasks, performing under pressure, collaboration with team mates and resilience in the work place.

As an employee, I offer the team a hardworking, reliable individual that is always up for a challenge. I am someone that is quick to learn and improve, to fully maximise my knowledge and ability to become an asset. I believe I am fit for the role and will be a great addition to the team.
