Validate with key stakeholders the aircraft registration/ flight details (tallying of aircraft registration with loading instruction reporting form (LIRF)
Monitor the loading process to ensure that the assigned dead load is loaded and reconciled as per the LIRF
Confirm the safe condition of any dangerous goods (DGR) prior to loading and signs the notification to captain (NOTOC) for handover to the operating Captain
Utilise the Load Deviation Authorization form in case of any change in the load plan (within last minute change (LMC) limits) and provide it to the Load Control Officer
Monitoring the readiness of various ground services providers to ensure that all resources are available and that the equipment restricted area (ERA) is clear to receive inbound aircraft and deliver a safe on-time performance
Ensure that safety briefings are conducted regularly and that staff have the knowledge and confidence to work safely by providing support, direction and being a role model for the desired safety behaviours
Lead team of staff on the day of operations, undertaking all loading and equipment operation activities to safely handle all arrival & departure flights efficiently
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Implement day-to-day operations assigned and ensures compliance with the established standards and procedures
Undertake aircraft damage check in a timely manner to ensure that within 15 minutes of the actual time of arrival
Toeing aircraft with the new innovative technological Mototok vehicle, communicating with the pilot (captain/first officer) ensuring aircraft is safely manoeuvred to the taxi-way for departure.
Mainly have experience in dealing with cash, card, vouchers, codes, tickets, upselling food and drinks, stocking products, arranging deliveries, dealing with customer complaints and any other issues rises, working with team members and occasionally leading teams to complete the task immaculate as possible.
The main 4 areas are: Floor, Ticket Box office, Concession, Ben & Jerry’s:
On floor, the job is to clean all the 14 screens quickly and efficiently as possible to meet the time criteria in a limited time and also to check public and disable toilets for its recourses is updated for customers all the time such as toilet roles, hand wash and its clean and fresh.
At box Officer the task is to upsell tickets to premium seats to increase business sale, deal with different type of vouchers, codes, printed copy and deal with customers query, complaints.
On Concession, it’s all about upselling food items to meet the targets each day and offering different type of combos to customers as well as providing excellent customer services. The key role is to upsell the food via using different types of methods.
The last area I work on is Ben & Jerry’s Ice Creams, this is very similar as Concession, the task always is up selling ice -creams, tickets, tea/coffee, also to provide an outstanding service.
