At Midlands Golf Club I work behind the bar.

The main things I am responsible for service wise are making coffees, pouring beer making basic cocktails and serving RTD’s.

My other roles and responsibilities include:

Serving a high volume of customers, catering to functions and thinking on my feet due to give exceptional service to a large crowd.

Majority of my shifts were opening and closing shifts which are made up of stocking, cleaning, assisting my supervisor wherever need be and ensuring the venue is in perfect condition for the day or for the staff rostered on the next day.
I always keep the bar presentable and fully stocked so every customers needs are met quickly and to minimise any lines forming keeping customers waiting.
I make sure to always be alert and focused to make sure I am following my RSA and not putting myself, the company or customers at any potential risk.
We hold a lot of wakes, birthdays and large group gatherings varying from 30 people - 100+ people which has made me very attentive and has given me the ability to adapt quickly to the different needs of our customers.
