- This task required strength and endurance to ensure the proper storage and organization of the hides
- (Trimming) Knife Handling Techniques: Acquired knife handling skills to ensure both safety and efficiency while cutting fresh cow hides
- This involved removing the head, legs, tails, and brisket
- During work there where many situations when the use of knives where necessary
- (Books) Calculating and recording data: this job involved calculating and using formulas to record the needed information for each pallets
- This gave me the skills of organization and management
- These experiences equipped me with a diverse skill set, combining physical capabilities, precise knife handling and mathematical organization.
