Firstly, I am a passionate barista with great people skills and sales experience. I am dedicated to creating personalized customer experiences while offering expertise in coffee production, and preparation with strong knowledge of the use of espresso machines, equipment and coffee creating.

I also have a detailed understanding of necessary health-related obligations concerning cleaning, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.

Secondly, I work in the main entry building as a customer service officer / receptionist, answering emails and phone calls promptly, with a positive attitude, ready to help customers with any queries. I am an active listener and will always give new tasks a go.


During our annual tulip festival at Araluen I helped out with extra roles such as, cleaning, ticketing, and training seasonal staff in ticketing/customer service work.
