I have been working as a Home Economic Teacher for the last three years at Joseph Banks Secondary College, in the last year I taken on the role of head of Domain/ Head of Department. I am a kind and patient teacher who prioritise wellbeing along side SCARSA curriculum. I am constantly organizing and re-elevating how I can better assist my students and colleagues. I like to foster an interactive learning environment using Kagan Cooperative Learning Structures. As Head of Domain I have increased my skill in leadership, running meeting using the PLC framework and data analysis.
