I previously worked at Royal Truck Services , where I developed valuable experience in customer service and gained a strong understanding of what it takes to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Through this role, I learned how to communicate professionally with customers, respond to their needs, and remain calm and organised during busy periods. I also developed my ability to work as part of a team, manage multiple tasks at once, and provide friendly and reliable service.
