Responsibilities

• Advising, assessing and processing queries and applications relating to student program policies, course requirements, enrolments and student lifecycle processes.
• Assisting with enrolment processes, credit applications, amendments, course advice and progression, course transfers, cross-faculty and cross-institutional applications.
• Maintaining accurate records of placements and for pre-service teacher education students.
• Participating in and conducting training sessions for proficiency across all student services areas.
• Ensuring compliance with university policy for enrolments and placements.
• Providing exemplary customer service by following the agreed SLA and contributing to process improvements.
• Maintaining up-to-date portfolio resources, including email templates, KIT articles and other documentation.
• Supporting the Student Services team and other operations teams to deliver exceptional student experience by addressing issues and liaising with stakeholders to provide the most appropriate outcome for the students.

Responsibilities | Store opening and closing procedures; daily operations and staff supervision; addressing and resolving customer complaints professionally; balancing the cash register daily; processing stock orders and dealing with suppliers; covering management when necessary.

Responsibilities | Face-to-face excellent customer service; advising and assisting customers in locating desired shop items; conducting customer transactions; receiving, processing and organising deliveries accordingly; restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor was organized according to guidelines; performing end-of-day cleaning duties; maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice as needed.

Solido Studio is a small design studio specialised in product, interior, retail and hospitality design. I used to directly collaborate with the two owners and I was mainly responsible for the creation of 3D models and rendering, and for the development of detailed drawings and specifications for construction or implementation. However, during my experience I had the opportunity to be involved in various stages involved in the overall design process.

Responsibilities | Teach students how to use the 3D modelling and rendering software called 3ds Max by instructing them on various aspects of 3D design, including modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering.
