• Provided specialist business focused analysis of outpatient clinic scheduling data including: quickly understanding the existing data and analysis approach, provided advice on how to more efficiently perform the analysis and undertook the analysis including manual and automated population of Excel spreadsheets and an Access database either directly or via a web-based interface.
