• Provided legal advice to Bytedance by analyzing legal risks regarding its cloud-based operations and supply chain;
• Ensured compliance with Sequoia Capital's intended investment into a major telecommunications company by conducting pre-acquisition due diligence and analyzing relevant legal risks;
• Provided counseling for a major HK investment company's US emerging technology investment plan via Cayman and BVI company setup, focusing on US foreign investment law compliance;
• Provided counseling for investment projects of People's Insurance Company of China (PICC), China Life Insurance Company (CLIO), and Taikang Asset by conducting due diligence and legal risk analysis;
• Facilitated a 1 billion RMB joint venture between BNP Paribas and a Chinese tech giant by providing legal advice regarding its Articles of Association and joint venture agreements;
• Advised multiple MNCs, including but not limited to Danfoss, Daimler, VW, and Chevron, on corporate matters by conducting investigations and interviews and providing legal risk analyses to mitigate further potential risks faced by these companies;
• Ensured compliance of Standard Chartered by analyzing the impact of PRC regulatory changes on its current business models.

• Reviewed and prepared for several WTO dispute settlement proceedings concerning anti-dumping and countervailing claims against relevant imports from China by other countries.
