2. Reconciliation of creditor’s statement of account
3. Supplier’s Invoice control
4. Prepare cheques to pay supplier
5. Accounting for debtor’s invoices and liaise with tour operators for any mismatch
6. Chase tour operators for payment
7. Maintaining a petty cash float for day to day running expenses
8. Maintain an updated fixed assets register of the Hotel
Receiving and cross check products delivered by suppliers
2. Issue a Good Receive Note(GRN) after delivery
3. Process invoices in the inventory software (Fidelio) to update the stock count
4. Attend monthly stocktake (Beverage, Bar and main store)
5. Send purchase order request to the purchasing department
