A compassionate and thoughtful Social Work graduate from the University of Queensland, driven by a deep commitment to walk alongside people as they navigate complex challenges. With practical experience supporting individuals living with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and family vulnerabilities, I bring both empathy and strong clinical insight to my work. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, client advocacy, and a belief in people’s capacity for growth and self-determination. Currently working as a Residential Support Worker with Stride Mental Health, I have supported clients through daily living, crisis moments, and personal milestones, always striving to create spaces that are safe, empowering, and responsive. I care deeply about ethical, person-centered practice and am excited to continue contributing to meaningful change within community-based services.
